I really like this versin of iPod shuffle. Its so small that it really goes anywhere.

I take it snowbiardng and I don't have to worry about my other iPod getting fudged up.

A lot fo people criticize the controls on the heaphones, but, i appluad APPLE for trying something new. It really does seem to make the shuffle that much smaller with no controls.

I cannot really review this item very well. I purchased 2 as what I considered a fair price. Both were delivered to needy teenagers as Christmas gifts. I did not deliver the items so I cannot fairly comment on how the units worked. I just trust that Apple makes a good product and hope that the teens are enjoying their gifts.

Johnny Marr, Karl Bartos, Bernard Sumner ... what sounds like the who is who in music is indeed a very fine collaborative art. This best of compilation features the highlights of all three Electronic albums - a must have

I am a very big fan of New Order. As a result, I usual pick up the side projects of the members. When some bands release a greatest hits compilation, they also add variation on the biggest hits (be it an alternate version, demo or remix). "Get The Message" (the title track) is one of my all-time favorite songs out of my 20,000+ song collection. Instead of putting the album version on this compilation, they used the 7" version. I was VERY disappointed!! Overall, the album does include a nice collection of tracks that shows Electronic's range.

The very idea of a Best of disc for Electronic initially struck me as audacious given they only gave a handful of live gigs. To boot, the release of their 1st single "Getting Away With It" in the late 1980's arrived coincidentally at their pentacle. They have certainly penned additional great songs - Disappointed, When She's Gone,Twisted Tenderness, Second Nature, Feel Every Beat, etc. but they never got any better. Like New Order, they managed too get the maximum output out of the minimum production. I bought every single and CD as they came out in high hopes, and expectation of a sound that never quite jelled or matched anticipation. They were paradoxically, and simultaneously, more and less. Quizzically, their stubbornness initially served well as they provided essential, scintillating beats and jazzy rifts to the folly of youth. The sound was fresh and welcomed.

Later it hurt since the music scene had essentially bypassed their relative sound by the time Raise The Pressure finally surfaced. Extensive research will show this album took years, not months, to write and complete as Karl Bartos, from Kraftwerk fame, slid into England as early as 1993 as this album's equivalent of a Pet Shop Boys influence. Production possibly slowed or stalled since the release didn't come out until three years later. Rumors abounded that Barney wrote the lyrics while under the influence of Prozac. I don't know of any truth to this or if it would make a creative difference. The album still sounds like an amalgamation of opposites in opposition - a lot of good ideas running into silly ones and back again. By release date, any possible grip or influence on the charts for this album has already vanished.

I love their music but seldom play any in the company of others, especially the RTP album. Twisted Tenderness could have been great, and the initial eponymous Electronic album was, is, and shall remain. I still have the lot, and can't figure why I would keep this stash. I have no interest in eBay auctions, sharing collections, and seldom listen to any of it.

Most of their more dynamic, best known material is here on this CD, but I'd personally choose a different song mix, selection, but that is personal squabble, not public bicker. For those unfamiliar or needing a reminder, this Best of collection is an excellent disc to get with the additional, and possibly unheard B-sides. Although I still lament that.....

Things in life never happen as you wish or expect. Electronic had a window in time once to be tremendous. Perhaps they were too busy enjoying the fruits and plenitude from their other endeavors to be bothered writing much music. Perhaps their lives were too rich. Most great music comes out of the darkness of need, the poverty of little, the excess of desire, and the naivety of it all. Perhaps they were living so large, essence, inspiration, ideas, and a sustained sustenance shunned them like a rare disease.

The bands they influenced have gone on to do this type of thing better, and the concept of this CD seems odd in it's timing. It's not like the market is clamoring for old Electronic material. This album smacks of certain commercialism the band once fought hard to keep at a distance. As the world spins further into a fuzzy madness I think the songs Time Will Time or Flicker (off their latter 2 albums respectively) could soundtrack this moment and confirm finality. It's more akin to an obit or epitaph of a band. They were good, often sublime, and occasionally great. When inspiration struck, Bernard Sumner and Johnny Marr could write the perfect pop song. I know they could have been so much more. Ashes to dust, there's nothing more to get away with.

Don't know about the rest of the album, but heard "Disappointed" on an iMix about a month ago. Not quite my style, but needed to hear it at the time.

This product has more bells and whistles than similar items in the same category but the radio transmitter is not very good. I tried different frequencies with the same horrible results; lots of background noise. Over all not very happy with it.

This product worked OK for about a month. The wire connecting the iPhone to the transmitter is not well constructed and came loose from the transmitter. As such, the product does not work at all. Too much trouble to return it. Waste of money.

This product from New Harbor SUCKS!!!! The frequency is horrible, it won't stay in the adapter, you have to turn radio up just to even hear the music. And what is the hand held remote!!!! It doesn't even work!!! Is it play play or is it real! I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. Go to Best Buy and buy a Griffin itrip!!! you might pay more, but it's worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!
